We are WildMex Surf & Adventure, a surf and outdoor company with over 19 years of experience in Punta de Mita & Sayulita, Mexico. We’re all about fun, safety, and the ocean lifestyle — offering surf lessons & trips, MTB rides, hikes, snorkel & boat tours.
Our 35+ team members are young, energetic, outdoorsy, and always up for a challenge. Now, we’re looking for passionate Front Desk Agents to join our crew and share the stoke with our guests!
📍 Location: San Pancho, Sayulita & La Lancha, Nayarit
💼 Job Type: Full-time, on-site
🕒 Schedule: Morning shift (7:30 am – 3:30 pm) and afternoon shift (12:30 pm – 8:30 pm), 6 days a week with 1 day off, including weekends. Shifts are 7 hours with a 1-hour lunch break.
💰Salary: Starting at $10,000 MXN per month.
As a WildMex Front Desk Agent you will:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Manage surfboard and bike rentals, handle payments, and perform direct sales.
- Work with the Guest Services team to identify cross-selling opportunities and offer complete experiences to our guests.
- Maintain sales records in the CRM, perform daily inventory checks, and assist with correspondence and deliveries.
- Ensure the shop and reception area remain tidy and visually appealing.
- Monitor store access and enforce security procedures.
Requirements
Here’s what makes you a great fit for the team.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Sales skills: Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
Professional attitude and impeccable personal presentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
