We are WildMex Surf & Adventure, a surf and outdoor company with over 19 years of experience in Punta de Mita & Sayulita, Mexico. We’re all about fun, safety, and the ocean lifestyle — offering surf lessons & trips, MTB rides, hikes, snorkel & boat tours.
Our 35+ team members are young, energetic, outdoorsy, and always up for a challenge. Now, we’re looking for passionate Surf Instructors to join our crew and share the stoke with our guests!
📍 Location: Sayulita & La Lancha, Nayarit
As a WildMex Surf Instructor you will:
- Deliver high-quality surf lessons with patience and energy
- Keep clients safe in the water at all times
- Maintain a positive, professional vibe
- Encourage and inspire clients to progress — and have fun!
No experience teaching yet, but dream of becoming a surf instructor?
Join the WildMex Surf Academy! We’ll take you from zero to hero surf instructor with intensive hands-on training in surf skills, ocean safety, teaching methods, and surf theory. By the end, you’ll be ready to step into a professional role and start living the surf instructor life! More info here.
