Our 35+ team members are young, energetic, outdoorsy, and always up for a challenge. Now, we’re looking for a proactive Driver & Maintenance team member to join our crew — ensuring smooth guest transport and keeping our equipment and facilities in top condition!
📍 Location: San Pancho, Sayulita & Punta Mita, Nayarit
💼 Job Type: Full-time, on-site
🕒 Schedule: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, with 1 day off per week.
💰 Salary: $10,000 MXN per month + bonuses, paid biweekly.
Job Description
WildMex is an adventure company known for delivering “Wow” experiences to our guests. We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant – Driver to help ensure the operational readiness of our facilities and transportation services, maintaining a safe and functional environment for both guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Guest & Equipment Transport: Drive guests between Sayulita, Punta Mita, and San Pancho, and transport rental equipment (surfboards, bikes, etc.).
- General Maintenance: Perform basic repairs in offices, surf shop, and staff housing areas.
- Pool Maintenance: Oversee cleaning and upkeep of the pool.
- Cleaning & Organization: Keep general areas at all locations in good condition.
- Gardening & Outdoor Areas: Maintain green areas and MTB/hiking trails.
- Trail Building & Maintenance: Assist in cleaning and maintaining outdoor adventure paths.
- Operational Support: Help with logistics and equipment setup.
Candidate Profile
Here’s what makes you a great fit for the team.
Previous experience in maintenance and transportation.
Valid driver’s license and safe operation of standard vehicles.
Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electricity, welding, masonry, and gardening.
Minimum 50% English proficiency (for basic communication with guests and team).
Proactive, responsible, and organized.
Enjoys physical and outdoor work.
