We are WildMex Surf & Adventure, a surf and outdoor company with over 19 years of experience in Punta de Mita, San Pancho & Sayulita, Mexico. We’re all about fun, safety, and the ocean lifestyle — offering surf lessons & trips, MTB rides, hikes, snorkel & boat tours. Now, we’re looking for an organized and dynamic Boutique Manager & Administrative Assistant to join our crew, run our beachfront store, and share the stoke with our guests!

📍 Location: San Pancho, Sayulita & La Lancha, Nayarit

💼 Job Type: Full-time, on-site

🕒 Schedule: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 6 days a week

💰Salary: Starting at $10,000 MXN per month + sales commissions

As a WildMex Boutique Manager & Administrative Assistant you will:

  • Manage and maintain continuous inventory control for the boutique.

  • Develop and execute effective retail sales strategies and action plans to drive growth.

  • Greet, assist, and provide excellent customer service to the general public and guests.

  • Handle basic administrative tasks, document management, and organizational controls.

  • Collaborate closely with a team passionate about surf and the beach lifestyle to ensure a premium store experience.

  • Support professional growth and operational efficiency within the shop.

Requirements

Here’s what makes you a great fit for the team.

Proven experience in retail sales, boutique management, or customer service.

Ability to work effectively and lead tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English (Spanish = bonus)

Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of administration, paperwork handling, and document controls.

Passion for fashion, trends, beach lifestyle, and outdoor culture.
