We are WildMex Surf & Adventure, a surf and outdoor company with over 19 years of experience in Punta de Mita, Sayulita & Sayulita, Mexico. We’re all about fun, safety, and the ocean lifestyle — offering surf lessons & trips, MTB rides, hikes, snorkel & boat tours.
Our 35+ team members are young, energetic, outdoorsy, and always up for a challenge. Help us keep the magic and order of WildMex alive. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail to ensure our branches and areas are always spotless.
📍 Location: San Pancho, Sayulita & La Lancha, Nayarit
As a Cleaning & Common Areas Volunteer you will:
- Perform deep general cleaning at the branches (sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing bathrooms).
- Handle laundry, organize the warehouse, and assist with aesthetic tasks (painting walls, etc.).
- Care for and feed the rescue animals living at the branch.
Specific Requirements: Meticulous and highly organized person. Advanced English is not required for this role.
General Volunteer Requirements:
Schedule: 20 hours of work per week (usually 5 hours a day, 5 days a week). Trail building is done in the mornings to beat the heat. Arrivals Mon-Sat between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
Note: Food not included, but a 20% discount is available at the affiliated restaurant.
