We are WildMex Surf & Adventure, a surf and outdoor company with over 19 years of experience in Punta de Mita, San Pancho & Sayulita, Mexico. We’re all about fun, safety, and the ocean lifestyle — offering surf lessons & trips, MTB rides, hikes, snorkel & boat tours.
Our 35+ team members are young, energetic, outdoorsy, and always up for a challenge. Now, we’re looking fora passionate MTB Guide & Mechanic team member to join our crew — leading awesome rides, keeping our bike fleet in top shape, and building the trails that make our adventures possible!
📍 Location: San Pancho, Sayulita & Punta Mita, Nayarit
💼 Job Type: Full-time, on-site
🕒 Schedule: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, with 1 day off per week.
💰 Salary: $10,000 MXN per month + bonuses, paid biweekly.
As a WildMex MTB Guide & Mechanic you will:
Tour Guiding: Lead MTB and hiking tours, ensuring guest safety while delivering an energetic and unforgettable outdoor experience.
Bike Mechanics & Maintenance: Perform routine, preventative maintenance, and repairs on the company’s bicycle fleet. Handle on-trail emergency repairs swiftly if any issues arise during tours.
Trail Building & Design: Join and support projects for the construction, design, and clearing of mountain trails to keep routes safe, sustainable, and exciting.
Guest Experience: Connect genuinely with guests, sharing your passion for the outdoors and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Candidate Profile
Here’s what makes you a great fit for the team.
Proven experience in bicycle mechanics and reliable repair skills.
Experience or strong knowledge in mountain trail design, building, and maintenance.
Deep passion for outdoor activities, mountain biking, and nature.
Basic to intermediate English proficiency (to communicate effectively with international guests and team members).
Strong commitment to creating unique, safe, and fun experiences for our guests.
Proactive, responsible, and physically fit for outdoor trail work and guiding.
